This policy explains what information is processed when you use vogimo.com ("Vogimo", "we", "us") and the choices you have. Vogimo does not offer user accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or other personal details to play games.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our servers and our content delivery network record technical information when a page is requested: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We use these logs to deliver the site, keep it secure, fix errors and understand overall traffic. Logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and similar technologies

Vogimo itself does not need cookies to work. Some games save settings, scores or progress in your browser's local storage so they can resume where you left off; this information stays on your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time. The third-party services described below use cookies or similar technologies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how many people visit Vogimo and which games and pages are used. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site. Advertising

Vogimo is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before cookies are used for personalized advertising.

Games from partners

Some games are provided by our game partner Playgama and load from Playgama's servers when you press Play; until then nothing is requested from Playgama. These games may show ads inside the game and may use cookies or similar technologies operated by Playgama and its advertising partners. Playgama's privacy policy applies to them. A few other games are played from the game website that hosts them, also only once you press Play, and that website's own policy applies to them.

Likes and play counts

When you like or dislike a game, we count your vote. So that you can change it later, your browser keeps your vote and a random code in its local storage, and we store that code with your vote and nothing else about you. Your network address is used only for an hour, in scrambled form, to stop vote spam, and is never saved.

When you press Play, we add one to that game's play count for the day; the counts decide which games get the Hot badge. Nothing about you is stored with them, and your network address is handled the same way as for likes.

Gameplay videos

Gameplay videos are hosted on YouTube. A video is loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only when you choose to play it; until then no YouTube content is requested. When you play a video, YouTube's privacy policy applies.

Children

Vogimo is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the opt-out tools above and clear any game data stored in your browser. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email support@vogimo.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site or the services we use change. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
