Gold against black on a wooden board, jumps are a must
Master Checkers is the classic draughts game on an 8x8 wooden board, lettered A to H and numbered 1 to 8. You play the gold pieces from the bottom, against the computer or a second person on the same screen. Each side has a running clock, and captured pieces collect in wooden trays above and below the board. When a jump is available, the game says so: taking it is mandatory.
How to play Master Checkers
- Choose person against person, or person against the computer.
- Tap one of your gold pieces, then the square to move it to.
- Jump over an opponent's piece to capture it.
- When a capture is possible you must take it.

Tips to play better
- Pieces move diagonally on the light squares, one square at a time.
